The Court was closed on Monday in observance of Washington’s Birthday.
On Tuesday the Court issued orders from the February 17 Conference, granting two new cases and inviting the views of the Solicitor General in two others, and issued four opinions. More opinions are expected on Wednesday.
On Friday the Justices will meet for a private Conference. Our list of “Petitions to watch” for that Conference is here.
