Tom is the Publisher and a regular contributor to the blog, which he co-founded with Amy Howe in 2002. He teaches Supreme Court litigation at Harvard Law School, and previously taught at Stanford Law School as well from 2004-2012. Tom has argued 28 cases before the Supreme Court.
