Mike Gottlieb recently completed over four years of service in the Obama administration. He served the administration as an Associate Counsel to the President in the White House Counsel's Office, and as the Deputy Director of Combined Joint Interagency Task Force 435 in Kabul, Afghanistan. Before that, he was an Assistant United States Attorney in the Central District of California. He clerked for Judge Stephen Reinhardt on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and for Justice John Paul Stevens on the Supreme Court.
