Kedar Bhatia Statistics

Kedar is an attorney at Bracewell & Giuliani LLP in New York, focusing on civil litigation and white-collar defense. He has drafted a number of petitions for certiorari in the Supreme Court, as well as several cert.- and merits-stage amicus briefs. He graduated from Emory University School of Law, where he founded the Emory Law School Supreme Court Advocacy Project. In 2007, he founded DailyWrit.com, a law blog that focuses on statistics related to the Supreme Court, and he has been a contributor for statistics and analysis on SCOTUSblog since 2010.
