Argument day podcasts: Thompson v. North American Stainless

Continuing our series of podcasts on oral argument days, we have two new podcasts below with attorneys who filed briefs on both sides of Thompson v. North American Stainless (No. 09-291). At issue in the case is whether an employer violates an anti-retaliation provision of a federal civil rights statute by firing the fiancé of an employee who complained about discrimination. It addresses if the fired employee can sue, or instead only the employee who filed the complaint.
