Argument day podcasts: Schwarzenegger v. Entertainment Merchants Association

Continuing our series of podcasts on oral argument days, we have two new podcasts below with attorneys who filed briefs on both sides of Schwarzenegger v. Entertainment Merchants Association (08-1448).   At issue in the case is whether a state law restricting the sale of violent video games to minors violates the First Amendment right to free speech.  To listen to the podcasts, click the the purple images on the right.
