On September 30, the Washington Legal Foundation will host a preview of the upcoming Supreme Court Term at its office in Washington, D.C. Speakers will include Christopher Bartolomucci, Linda Coberly, and Thomas Hungar. Also on September 30, the Federalist Society will host its own Supreme Court preview at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington, D.C. Speakers will include Gail Heriot, John Elwood, Neal Katyal, John Stinneford, and Ed Whelan; Adam Liptak of The New York Times will be the moderator. Finally, on October 1, the George Mason Supreme Court Clinic will host its own Supreme Court preview at the university campus. Panelists will include Erin Murphy, Thomas Saunders, and Jeffrey Wall, with Thomas McCarthy moderating. More information is available on George Mason’s website.
