On Monday, February 23, at noon, the Heritage Foundation will host an event to discuss issues relating to King v. Burwell, the challenge to the availability of tax subsidies for individuals who purchase their health insurance on an exchange established by the federal government. Senator Orrin Hatch (R-UT) will deliver a keynote speech. Jonathan Adler (Case Western Reserve University School of Law) and Edmund Haislmaier (Heritage Foundation) will discuss the case and its potential implications. More information is available here.
