Tuesday round-up

As 2014 draws to a close, coverage of the Court looks ahead at cases that will or may be before the Court in 2015.  In an interview for NPR, Nina Totenberg previews King v. Burwell, in which the Court will consider whether tax subsidies are available for consumers who purchase their health insurance on a marketplace established by the federal government, as well as the possibility that the Court will weigh in on challenges to state bans on same-sex marriage.  In The Christian Science Monitor, Doug Mataconis focuses on the same-sex marriage issue as well.  And in the National Journal, Sam Baker warns that liberals “should fear” the Court next year.
