This morning the Court heard oral arguments in Sebelius v. Hobby Lobby Stores and Conestoga Wood Specialties v. Sebelius, the challenges to the Affordable Care Act’s “contraceptive mandate.”  Lyle reported on the argument for this blog.  Other early coverage comes from Richard Wolf of USA Today, Lawrence Hurley of Reuters, David Savage of the Los Angeles Times, Adam Liptak of The New York Times, Mark Sherman of the Associated Press, Robert Barnes of The Washington Post, and Marcia Coyle of Legal Times.  The Conglomerate hosted an entire symposium on Hobby Lobby, including this post by Steve Bainbridge on reverse veil piercing.  Other commentary comes from Ilya Shapiro for Cato at Liberty, Peter Suderman at Reason’s hit & run blog, legalfeet, and the Constitutional Accountability Center.

Video coverage of, and commentary on, today’s decision comes from MSNBC and a webcast with NBC’s Pete Williams and this blog’s Amy Howe.  And this blog’s Kali Borkoski provides footage and audio from today’s post-argument reactions.
