Event announcement: The future of human rights litigation after Kiobel v. Royal Dutch Petroleum

On Tuesday, October 22 at 4 p.m., Georgetown University Law Center’s Supreme Court and Human Rights Institutes will host a panel discussion on the future of human rights litigation after last Term’s decision in Kiobel v. Royal Dutch Petroleum. Moderator Neal Katyal will be joined by Paul Hoffman and Kathleen Sullivan, the advocates who argued Kiobel.  The program is free and open to the public; RSVPs are welcome through Friday, October 18 (rsvp2@law.georgetown.edu).
