Tuesday round-up

At USA Today, Richard Wolf reports on efforts to settle Mount Holly v. Mount Holly Gardens Citizens in Action, in which the Court is scheduled to consider whether disparate impact claims are available under the Fair Housing Act.

Jeffrey Rosen interviewed Justice Ginsburg last week at the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia.  During her remarks, which are now available online, the Justice discussed (among other things) her legacy and some of the upcoming cases at the Court.
