Tonight at 6 p.m. C-SPAN Radio will continue its series on historic Supreme Court oral arguments. In anticipation of this Term’s oral arguments in National Labor Relations Board v. Noel Canning, the challenge to the constitutionality of the president’s recess appointments to the NLRB, they will air the 2010 oral argument in New Process Steel, L.P. v. NLRB. Future installments in the series will focus on Marsh v. Chambers (Town of Greece v. Galloway; September 28 at 6 p.m.) and Colorado Republican Federal Campaign Committee v. Federal Election Commission (McCutcheon v. FEC; October 5 at 6 p.m.).
