Event announcement: Panel discussion and book signing

On Monday, September 16, from 6-8 p.m., Georgetown’s Supreme Court Institute will host a panel discussion reviewing the litigation challenging the Affordable Care Act; the panel will be followed by a book signing with Josh Blackman, the author of Unprecedented: The Constitutional Challenge to Obamacare. Adam Liptak of The New York Times will serve as the moderator for the panel, which will also include Michael Carvin, Greg Katsas, Erin Murphy, Paul Smith, Alan Morrison, Randy Barnett, and Josh Blackman. The event is free and open to the public, and will be followed by a reception, at which copies of the book will be available for sale and signing by the author.
