Tomorrow at 12:30 p.m., the Brennan Center for Justice will host “The Power of Three: A Supreme Court Preview” at the Constance Milstein and Family Global Academic Center in Washington, D.C. Andrew Cohen of The Atlantic, who is also a fellow at the Brennan Center, will moderate; panelists include Garrett Epps of The Atlantic and the University of Baltimore School of Law, Nicole Austen-Hillery of the Brennan Center, and this blog’s Amy Howe.
