On Monday the Court issued orders from its March 15 Conference.  The Court granted three new cases and invited the Solicitor General to file a brief expressing the views of the United States in one case. Lyle reported on those orders for the blog.

Monday was the first day of the March sitting. The Justices heard six arguments this week.

On Tuesday the Justices issued opinions in two cases: Kirtsaeng v. John Wiley & Sons, Inc. and The Standard Fire Insurance Co. v. Knowles

On Wednesday the Justices issued opinions in two cases: Wos v. E. M. A. and Decker v. Northwest Environmental Defense Center
