The Supreme Court on Friday released a revised calendar of oral argument for the session that begins Monday, March 18. The only change is that the name of the case set for argument at 11 a.m. on Monday, March 25, has been changed to Federal Trade Commission v. Actavis (docket 12-416). It formerly was Federal Trade Commission v. Watson Pharmaceuticals. Actavis, Inc., is the new name resulting from the combination of Watson Pharmaceuticals with the Actavis Group. Actavis now claims to be the third-largest generic drug-making company in the world.
