This week at the Court
On Monday the Court issued additional orders from the January 4 Conference, which Lyle covered for this blog. Lyle also reported on the three cases that the Court granted shortly after Friday’s Conference.
This is the first week of the January sitting. The Justices heard arguments in two cases each day, Monday through Wednesday.
On Tuesday the Court issued two opinions in three cases; we covered the release of those opinions in a live blog. The Court issued two opinions on Wednesday, which we also covered in a live blog.
On Friday, the Justices met for their January 11 Conference. The Court granted six new cases.
