Health-care audio now available

C-Span has made the audio available for the Eleventh Circuit oral argument on the challenge to the President’s health-care legislation. Acting Solicitor General Neal K. Katyal argues on behalf of the federal government, while former Solicitor General Paul Clement represents the plaintiffs challenging the constitutionality of the legislation.  The two appeared in front of a three-judge panel of the Eleventh Circuit: Chief Judge Joel F. Dubina, Judge Frank M. Hull, and Judge Stanley Marcus.
