No oral arguments are scheduled for this week, nor is the Court scheduled to release any orders or opinions.

On Friday, the Justices are scheduled to meet for their April 15 Conference; orders from that Conference are expected to be released on Monday, April 18. Our list of "Petitions to Watch" for that Conference will be posted before the Conference.

Oral arguments are scheduled to resume on Monday, April 18.

This Week at the Court

On Monday the Court granted four new cases and issued opinions in five cases: Arizona v. Inter Tribal Council of Arizona; Salinas v. Texas; FTC v. Actavis; Alleyne v. United States; Maracich v. Spears.

We expect opinions again on Thursday at 10 a.m. We will begin live blogging around 9:00 on Thursday.
