At 10:00 a.m. Eastern on Monday, the Court is expected to release orders from its December 3 Conference. (Our list of "Petitions to Watch” for that Conference is here.) We will be covering those orders on the blog. No opinions are expected.

Also this week, the Court will continue to hear arguments for its December sitting; we have begun posting argument previews.

On Monday, the Court will hear Henderson v. Shinseki (09-1036) and Pepper v. United States (09-6822).

On Tuesday, the Court will hear Janus Capital Group v. First Derivative Traders (09-525) and Thompson v. North American Stainless (09-292).

On Wednesday, the Court will hear Chase Bank v. McCoy (09-329) and Chamber of Commerce v. Whiting (09-115).
