No oral arguments are scheduled to take place this week, and the Court is not scheduled to release any orders or opinions.

On Tuesday, the Justices are scheduled to meet for their November 23 Conference. Our list of “Petitions to Watch” for that Conference is here.

The Court is scheduled to release orders from the November 23 Conference, and to resume oral arguments, on Monday, November 29.

This Week at the Court

On Monday the Court granted four new cases and issued opinions in five cases: Arizona v. Inter Tribal Council of Arizona; Salinas v. Texas; FTC v. Actavis; Alleyne v. United States; Maracich v. Spears.

We expect opinions again on Thursday at 10 a.m. We will begin live blogging around 9:00 on Thursday.
