This week at the Court
The Court is observing Columbus Day on Monday, and will continue oral arguments on Tuesday. We have begun posting previews for this week’s arguments.
On Tuesday, the Court will hear Harrington v. Richter (09-587), Premo v. Moore (09-658), and Bruesewitz v. Wyeth (09-152). The Court is also expected to issue orders on Tuesday from the Justices’ October 8 Conference. (Our list of “Petitions to Watch” for that Conference is here.)
On Wednesday, the Court will hear Skinner v. Switzer (09-9000) and Kasten v. Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics (09-834).
