Today at the Court
Today the Justices meet for their private conference to consider petitions for certiorari and motions in pending cases. Our list of Petitions to Watch for this conference is here. We next expect orders on Monday, June 7.
This Thursday, June 20, we will begin live blogging at 9 a.m. ET. We expect opinions in argued cases at 10 a.m.

On Monday the Court granted four new cases and issued opinions in five cases: Arizona v. Inter Tribal Council of Arizona; Salinas v. Texas; FTC v. Actavis; Alleyne v. United States; Maracich v. Spears.
We expect opinions again on Thursday at 10 a.m. We will begin live blogging around 9:00 on Thursday.
