On Tuesday, May 28, at 9:30 a.m. we expect orders from the May 23 Conference. We expect opinions in argued cases at 10 a.m. We will begin live blogging shortly before 9:30.

The Supreme Court expects to release final decisions in argued cases on only one day next week — Tuesday, June 1 (after the Monday Memorial Day holiday), the Court said Thursday afternoon. The Court will issue orders at 10 a.m., followed by opinions. Later in the Term, the Court may have more than one opinion-release day in some weeks.
