Congratulations to David Stras

On behalf of everyone on the SCOTUSblog team, heartfelt congratulations to David Stras and the people of Minnesota on David’s appointment as an Associate Justice of the state’s Supreme Court.  David is a person of great integrity and tremendous intelligence.  He has contributed tremendously to the blog, and we’re extremely grateful for his time with us.
