On Tuesday, May 28, at 9:30 a.m. we expect orders from the May 23 Conference. We expect opinions in argued cases at 10 a.m. We will begin live blogging shortly before 9:30.

No oral arguments are scheduled, and no non-capital orders are expected. The Court continues its recess this week and will reconvene on Friday, April 16 for a private conference. We next expect orders on April 19 and opinions on April 20.
