Today at the Court

Today the justices meet for their regular private conference to consider cert. petitions and motions in pending cases. Orders from that conference are expected, with opinions, on Monday.  Our list of Petitions to Watch for today’s conference is here.

No oral arguments will be heard today, and no non-capital orders are expected, though we will promptly report on any that are issued.  The next oral argument is scheduled for April 19.
