The week ahead

This morning at 10 a.m., the Court will announce orders; tomorrow, and possibly Wednesday, we expect one or more opinions to be issued. Â The Justices will meet for another private conference this Friday.
The final four cases of the Term will be argued this week according to the schedule below:
Monday, April 26:
- Hardt v. Reliance Standard Life Insurance Co. (09-448)
- Rent-A-Center v. Jackson (09-497)
Tuesday, April 27:
- Monsanto Company v. Geertson Seed Farms (09-475)
Wednesday, April 28:
- Doe v. Reed (09-559)
The petitioner’s merits brief is due on Friday in next Term’s case Michigan v. Bryant (09-150).
