With the Court having just begun its final sitting this Term, we have only added a few new merits briefs to our sister site, SCOTUSwiki, since our last update. Reply briefs were filed in two cases being argued this week – City of Ontario v. Quon (argued today) and Dolan v. United States (to be argued tomorrow) – and we have updated the pages for those cases accordingly. We have also added a newly filed amicus brief to the case page for Christian Legal Society v. Martinez, which was also argued today. In addition, the Court ordered lawyers Friday to file new briefs in New Process Steel v. NLRB, and we have updated the page for that case to include the order as well as the text of Lyle’s post on the development.
In addition, we have added new argument previews and recaps –  written by SCOTUSblog’s Lyle Denniston – to the case pages for Quon and Christian Legal Society. (Oral argument transcripts have been added to those case pages as well.) To the case page for Dolan, we have also added an argument preview by Carl Cecere of Akin Gump.
As always, we have continued to update individual case pages to include case-specific media and blogosphere coverage as well.
