New Filing: Brief in Opposition in Kight v. Turner

Today, with the assistance of the Stanford Law School Supreme Court Litigation Clinic, we filed a brief in opposition in Kight v. Turner (No. 08-849).  Local counsel Ralph T. Byrd is counsel of record, joined on the brief by Tom and Amy, as well as Pamela Karlan and Jeffrey Fisher of Stanford.  Stanford students Jacob Heller, Daniel Matro, and Beverly Moore worked on the case.
