If he were in Alabama (where I am), about the only thing left in his ad would be "a," "the," and perhaps "lawyer." Oh, yeah, there would be this disclaimer: “No representation is made that the quality of legal services to be performed is greater than the quality of legal services performed by other attorneys.” In Alabama, all lawyers are fungible.
