I&#039;d dump what appears to be a puny Roberts or Bush bobblehead in the add - and just stand in a Scalia diorama for a bigger impact.

If he were in Alabama (where I am), about the only thing left in his ad would be &quot;a,&quot; &quot;the,&quot; and perhaps &quot;lawyer.&quot;  Oh, yeah, there would be this disclaimer: â€œNo representation is made that the quality of legal services to be performed is greater than the quality of legal services performed by other attorneys.â€  In Alabama, all lawyers are fungible.  Except when they are not.</description>
