I believe there have been 10 cases granted in the January sitting and the Justices may not want a repeat of last year when they granted so many cases in January, which meant hearing all of those cases in April and having to get so many decisions and dissent's out by June. Maybe the ACLU vs. NSA has the best shot of being granted. Just wondering how many more cases are likely to be granted in this month’s sitting.
