		<description>There seems to be an unusually high rate of voluntary dismissals this term. There is a Rule 46 motion pending in New Mexico v. Romero, a Crawford confrontation case. In Arave v. Hoffman, the respondent (habeas petitioner) wants the Supreme Court to vacate the relief he got in the Court of Appeals and settle for what he got in the District Court.</description>
