		<description>Interesting.  The State of Florida has a judgment in its favor binding on Schwab holding that its procedure is unconstitutional.  And some federal district court sees fit to mess with that judgment by granting a stay?  The federal court should be bound by res judicata here.  The case is with the Supreme Court--this judge should have butted out.</description>
