On Friday, October 19, Pepperdine will be hosting a symposium entitled “An Enigmatic Court? Examining the Roberts Court As It Begins Year Three.” The distinguished participants include Vikram Amar, Joan Biskupic, Doug Kmiec, Judge Diarmuid O’Scannlain, Judge Stephen Reinhardt, Jeffrey Rosen, the law school’s dean, Kenneth Starr, and Kathleen Sullivan.
