The Supreme Court needs to rule on the full realm of the Appellate Court ruling. The Supreme Court needs to make one final ruling about the Second Amendment, that is, that it protects the individual's right to keep and bear arms. This is common sense since the Bill of Rights applies to the People as having these specified individual rights. None of the rights in the Bill of Rights applies to a "Collective Whole", but always apply to the people as individuals. So, let them clear the deck of the previous rulings that violate clear history...that our individual rights is what is meant by the PEOPLE.
