It&#039;s hard to fathom how a case like this actually gobbled up court time.
If the First Amendment means anything, it has to mean that any person or group has the right to vocally and vigorously campaign for or against candidates for office, right up to and including election day. Any law that tries to prevent or curb that can&#039;t be allowed to stand.
