		<description>Would any of the D.C. Circuit Judges that Bush has appointed be able to sit and hear his appeal and if this were to go as high as the Supreme Court would we see Chief Justice Roberts and/or Justice Alito recusing themselves on this?
I&#039;m assuming given the position he held he would have had some involvement in recommending them to the President.
