Certainly the Parker decision should be reversed. The Brady Center has posted two entries in a "rolling critique" of the opinion. The first entry, Mangling Miller, explained how the court defied the binding interpretation of the Second Amendment set out almost 70 years ago in U.S. v. Miller. The newest entry, Decision by Eraser, explains how, in its zest to find the Second Amendment protects "private purposes," chose to obliterate the first half of the Amendment and its militia purpose. Both are found at www.gunlawsuits.org.
