Throughout the year, I found it interesting to note just how many attributions there were both to the site and to one Thomas C. Goldstein, recently noted as a, "student of the Court and a frequent arguer there"! As a loyal and appreciative reader, going forward I only ask you to please consider maintaining the simple, streamlined design of the site. It's very easy to find/scan for and read posts here.
