Looking through Lexis I've found one called "Ex parte Crow Dog 109 U.S. 556; 3 S. Ct. 396; 27 L. Ed. 1030; 1883 U.S. LEXIS 997" It looks to be an original jurisdiction case involving Indian Territory in the Dakotas of a man sentenced to death. Marc, I’m probably way off on this and if anyone knows the correct answer by all means correct me.
Looking through Lexis I’ve found one called

When was the last time the Court granted an original writ of habeas corpus?
