		<description>My hope is that Scenario #5 plays out. These foreign terrorists have absolutely no right to challenge their detention in a United States Court. I find it so ridiculous that some judges are blinded enough to grant review of cases of people who openly advocate the destruction of our nation and would like to destroy our court system.
Any restoration of habeas rights by Congress is nothing more than a slap in the face to our Constitution. Why would anyone think a non-U.S. citizen has rights over here?
We obviously haven&#039;t learned a thing since 9/11.
