		<description>It is interesting that a company whose activities brought hazardous materials to other people without regard to their prior consent can waive the constitutional flag over their, and every other polluters right, to due process in the cleanup decisions.
Grace could have acted as a good citizen and cleaned up the hazardous materials in a way they thought was protective of human health and the environment before government involvement but instead they waited for US EPA to step in.  Now they want to challenge EPA decisions as unfair.
Its great to have money in America so you can afford to challenge the laws that gore your ox after having gored others like the people of this Montana town.
