It seems that claiming Moussaoui's testimony directly contributed to 9/11 is a stretch. What about the failure to translate trasmissions recieved 9/09 and other failures. Also, if Moussaoui did inform the FBI, would they have lacked the effeciency that the CIA did? Isn't the FBI obligated to prove it could have prevented 9/11 if it's argument is that Moussaoui's testimony would have allowed them that luxery?
