I saw the “Ginsburg was sleeping” story reported on Fox News, but what I haven’t seen widely reported was Wall Street Journal reporter Jeanne Cummings story on PBS’s “Washington Week” that Chief Justice John Roberts seemed to be “mocking” the MALDEF attorney, Nina Perales, in a way that made Cummings uncomfortable.

  2. ….just guessing but maybe much of the press doesn’t think Ms. Cummings comfort level is that newsworthy.

    Other non-PBS reports after the arguments (including Ms. Cummings’ own report in the WSJ) made no mention of a potential mock.
