		<description>With the way that the Supreme Court is leaning politically, I think that it is of the utmost importance that Ms. Miers not be considered for the Bench as a Court Justice. I think that at the very least, there should be someone whom has had Court experience as a Judge and who should be above reproach. Ms. Miers fits neither one of the conditions. Now that the Bush Administration controls both the Executive and the Legislative Branches of Government it is even more important to have a Supreme Court devoid of Politics. Bush and the Republican Congress have dismantled or greatly restricted most of our Civil Rights and have pushed us closer to a Fascist Police State than we have ever been in the history of America.
The Supreme Court is our only chance of salvaging the U.S. Constitution and restoring our lost Rights.
