If Justices evolve, then, what do we make of one who appears to have devolved? My friends at the Innocence Project tell me (and you've noted, I think) that when she headed the Texas bar, she indicated she knew very well Texas was an embarrassment.
How someone can say those things and seemingly lose her head in an evangelical fog is beyond me. Then again, that particular fog is so soaked in politics, its reek may blow your mind.

If you need a detailed explanation of how White House Counsel Harriet Miers is not a constitutional law expert and is therefore patently unqualified for the Supreme Court, then simply peruse this detailed If you need a detailed explanation of how White House Counsel Harriet Miers is not a constitutional law expert and is therefore patently unqualified for the Supreme Court, then simply peruse this detailed <a href="http://www.scotusblog.com/movabletype/... rel="nofollow">Roe v. Supreme Court Nominee Harriet Miers told Sen. Charles Schumer yesterday that nobody knows her views on Roe v. Wade. But now that we've read the answers Miers gave in 1989 to an anti-abortion group while she was running for Dallas
