  2. I am surprised that you did not include Lawrence v. Texas (02-102). Do you think that that may be in jeopardy of being overturned ?

    TG responds: not in the short term given Justice Kennedy’s vote.

  3. The Court could be more conservative. effecting Roe V Wade, and also prayer in schools etc.
