Not that the commenter above should be engaged in debate, but as a general point of interest there seems to be considerable confusion about the political orientation of this decision. The "making rich people richer" rhetoric is generally slung at conservatives. Memo to the general public- this was a liberal majority!! Watch where you throw your mud lest you hit yourself in the eye.

Dear Sirs,
I hope that your home is taken for a commercial use! I have worked all my life for the land that I have purchased with my blood, sweat, and tears. Now you are going to take my land away to make some rich person richer? I think when your land is taken maybe you will see the wrongness of your decision, but maybe you won't be surprised or maybe you will exempt yourself from the theft of your land.
We the people will have this changed or you will be gone from your high horse seat. Where you think you are above the law and can't be touched by your own decisions.
More and more americans will get your attention as americans understand the underhanded, treasonous behavior of you and the court has perpetrated on the american people.
Concerned American,
Sharen Duffing
TG responds: hey, don't blame us!

Unfortunate or not, I'm not sure it's random either. Kennedy may've been a big reason why these came down when they did.
What's "unfortunate" is that his pic gives him a shrunken head compared to the other justices. I didn't say "inaccurate" however. I admire some of his ops, but have not yet learned to love Kennedy.

What's "unfortunate" about that? I think it's just a random event. Since ScotusBlog started posting these visual guides, I think a different Justice has been the common thread every time.

How unfortunate that the only common thread in all of the opinions is Justice Kennedy.
